Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Order confirmation is sent by email the moment payment is verified.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India. Remote locations may take longer. You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order ships.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,999. A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold and is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order from your account or using the tracking number provided in your shipping email. Track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
5. Delays & Issues
While we work hard to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. If your order is delayed significantly, contact unhuma.health@gmail.com and we will prioritise resolution.
